Nustled away in rural Lincolnshire, you will find The American Barn at Willow Farm. An american ranch style working equestrian centre. Here we have our american quarter horses grazing peacefully in the paddocks and the stunning sun set closing each day. Its a very peaceful and quiet setting. The birds and wildlife are the biggest disturbance. 

Set inside the gates is our show piece American Style Barn. A 36ft by 48ft open plan pole barn that oozes rustic charm and authentic western design. A huge 1728sq ft makes the barn well suited for a variety of occasions and events including but not limited to :

• Fund Raising

• Corporate Days

• Training Events 

• Quiz Nights

• Murder Mystery Events

• Mental Health & Welbeing Activities

Coupled to the barn is a large grassed area lined with trees that can also be utilised for your event and is larger than the barn itself, and also a large grass paddock is available for marquees, bouncy castles, parking or any other use you may have. 

Inside is traditional solid pine flooring, a large log burner for those cooler days, beautiful lighting including fairy net lights and festoon bulbs, a non fixed bar area that can be moved or removed entirely if needed and large centre vaulted open plan 'hay loft'. 

Reclaimed wood lines the walls for a further rustic feel coupled with large barn doors at either end. 2 43" tvs hang from the centre side walls and can be utilised for showing photographs, slides, powerpoints or training aids.

A great feature of the American Barn is that it can be configured how you want. Apart from the log burner, all items are removeable or mobile meaning your vision can become reality. ​​
